Will GTA 6 run at 120 fps?
Performance modes are not officially confirmed yet. HDMI 2.1 with 120 Hz and VRR is still the right foundation — it helps in every mode.
Is my current TV enough?
If it does 4K and has a game mode: yes, for launch. HDMI 2.1/VRR are an upgrade, not a must. What matters more is actually enabling game mode.
What is VRR and do I need it?
VRR (variable refresh rate) syncs the frame rate of console and display — frame-rate fluctuations feel much smoother, without tearing. Not a must, but noticeably nicer in open-world games.
Should I worry about OLED burn-in?
With normal, varied use the risk on modern OLEDs is low — they have protection mechanisms like pixel refresh. Static HUDs over hundreds of hours are the stress case; allow occasional breaks and the screensaver.
